My goal is to change the perception surrounding mortgage as just one’s “largest debt”, to the wealth building tool home ownership is. With over 20 years experience in Arizona and the Southwest as both a trusted licensed mortgage and financial adviser (I had spent a portion of my career in retirement planning and market investments). I utilize tools to gauge current rate and market conditions to help provide education beyond “big box” lenders and call center experience offering no more than “a low interest rate” when making a large financial commitment in buying a home. Since market conditions and mortgage programs change almost daily, you need to make sure you’re dealing with a top professional who is able to give you personalized service and guidance throughout your experience. I have assisted over 2,000 individuals and families from First Time Home Buyers, our Veterans or those currently serving, and clients with previous credit issues get into a home they desire. I offer honest straightforward advice and mortgage products backed by truly personal service. Ensuring that you make the right choice for you and your family while feeling confident in doing, so is my ultimate goal.

Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my lovely bride of 15+ years and our daughter. I have been an Arizona resident for over 42 years and graduated from Arizona State University. I love the weather (yes, even the hot summers) and all our state has to offer.
